What you’ll do

• Responsible for conceptualising and developing all graphic visuals, design and concepts to convey a specific message to an audience
• Pay attention to the creativity of outputs (innovation & beauty) and produce elegant solutions which take into account both user needs and business goals
• Utilise the appropriate designing and authoring tools to prepare and develop graphics, animations, interactive content, interfaces or applications
• Apply digital design skills with strong attention to detail in creating high quality visual content for digital media platforms
• Utilise low-fidelity, medium-fidelity, and high-fidelity prototypes across the different stages of the design process
• Develop and deliver boundary pushing concepts. Turn initial ideas into working designs

What you’ll do

• Provide best practices knowledge in the creative and design field, i.e. Experience Design, Service Design, DesignOps, Usability Testing etc.
• Take responsibility for the experience design output throughout the full project lifecycle, from strategy through to delivery
• Maintain the highest standards of creativity and quality throughout the development and implementation of all work
• Partner with UX Head to ensure ultimate quality, profitability, and client satisfaction on assigned projects
• Create wireframes prototypes, detailed UI and visual design for web interfaces and marketing efforts
• Lead design workshops that leverage design thinking methodologies to inspire new ideas and solutions
• Design consistently following brand style across all products, not afraid of pushing the boundaries
• Work with our development team to build product direction, visuals and experience
• Plan and facilitate customer engagements for research and feedback
• Have a hands-on approach to building thoughtful digital experiences from scratch

This internship offers a great opportunity for you to be a part of our UX projects, and a peek into the inner workings of a Design Studio.

Requirements

• Able to commit 20-40 hours per week (Please state your availability)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; enjoys interactions
• Relevant internship experience in graphic design or a related field (start-up, entrepreneurship, etc.) would be a plus
